Bad Food and Expensive Cigars

I stand in the kitchen, halfway to madness, dreaming of Hemingway's Spain.

Hallucinogens Have Doctors Tuning In Again

I’m happy to see that doctors are finally being allowed to move past the stigma that the government has placed on hallucinogenic drugs.  Whatever your take on recreational drug use, the implications that their use could have for psychological purposes is largely under-researched and potentially extremely effective.  I hope that they’ll also soon resume (if that haven’t already) the use of MDMA as a treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder.  Under controlled conditions, that too proved to be a beneficial addition to therapy until various governments were blinded by recreational drug use crazes and ceased research.

Perhaps one day these evil drugs will be recognized as being not so evil after all.
